I went "jogging" today...Not exactly...More like I don't know umm...Never mind...Just tell you guys what happened.

My family went to the Tampines Park Connector there to have a walk, instead, we started racing. It was pretty good, we even went to the mangrove swamp. Unexpected treat! There we saw blue-luminous-eyed crabs (A whole lot under the roots of the mangrove tree roots).

I never felt so free, the wind blowing in my face. I'm going jogging every Saturday.

FYI: If your boies are aching after the NAPFA training, I suggest you go jogging and exersise.
It'll do you good!
